Team Woodhouse (Daryl and Pat)- are professional, reliable, meticulous, dependable, and provide an attention to detail and follow up that I have rarely encountered in ANY business, let alone the real estate business. They are the epitome of the "personal touch" in working with you in buying or selling a home. 5 stars is an understatement for these guys. Like I said, stop looking for a real estate broker and agent, you've found them...... Call Pat and Daryl.....And find out first hand what my experience selling a home with them was like!

Big shout out to Pat and Daryl who handled the sale of my parents' townhouse.
They hung in there with us for the 6 months of probate. Then worked constantly for us until a great buyer came through providing great communication. If we had any need, they helped - finding someone to help us do a final clean, providing the name of a roofer who came out right away to give a roof replacement estimate, supplying websites to help us sell specialty items, and the list goes on. My siblings and I (half of them spread across the country) couldn't have managed this without their help!!
